Patrick Fines joined Raytheon as the Product Area Director for the Raytheon Virtual Technology Corporation (RVTC) on December 20, 2007. In this position, Patrick provides leadership for all domestic and international programs within the RVTC organization.

Patrick has worked extensively within DoD and related communities. His background spans the full spectrum of business operations from planning through execution. Patrick's career development closely parallels the growth and development of RVTC. He got his start working in small-company, entrepreneurial environments. As a Division Director for Joint Programs at FGM, he drove rapid growth, enabling the company to graduate from being a small business and then later competing successfully with large businesses. More recently at BAE Systems, Patrick learned how to harness the full resources and process maturity that a large business has to offer. There he led large strategic captures pursuing opportunities that integrated across the company's product lines and solutions to deliver new net-centric mission capabilities.

Patrick has been recognized for his outstanding leadership with the Robert E. Feeley Leadership Award from FGM and the Chairman's Bronze and Silver Awards from BAE Systems.

Patrick holds a Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Mary Washington College.
